Desiree distilled the design to its essentials — clean lines and modern furniture at the core, softened by textural choices that allow the space to incorporate soft, yet vibrant colors. The living and dining areas share a coherent language within a small space.

The bedroom retreats further into stillness where every surface has been edited. The storage bed incorporates luxurious bedding and ultimate storage function beneath to allow what only belongs in the space.

A Home That Works for Both

A Belltown condo serves a working couple who needed the space to do a lot: entertain, retreat, focus, rest. The layout and furniture choices were made to support all of that without the room ever feeling overworked.

The Edit

Using existing furniture the clients loved meant finding new pieces that could take on more than one role. New selections were chosen to honor the character and style of existing pieces while incorporating modern design elements like the semi-opaque, lucite dining chairs.

Compact living demands that furniture work harder. Storage, proportion, and placement were all considered together — so the space feels generous and open for entertaining.
