There is a particular quality to living above a city — the way light enters at a different angle, the way the skyline becomes part of the room. This downtown high-rise was designed to lean into that quality rather than fight it.
The living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow together as a single considered composition — an open plan that blends colors, textures, and finishes. Art and furniture anchor the space without blocking the views out the floor to ceiling windows. Every material choice reinforces the sense of elevation: smooth surfaces, refined textures, and a palette that doesn't compete with the Seattle skyline outside the windows.
This space demonstrates our signature discipline: restraint in the service of atmosphere. The layout of the room was also carefully considered to allow ample seating for entertaining, but maintaining an open and contemporary design aesthetic.
